Sales Agreement Between Undersigned Purchaser and John J. Scura III/Realistic Properties This Real Estate R.A.D.A.R. publication/seminar/system is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subject matter covered. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules in New Jersey. The law governing this agreement and the forum shall be New Jersey. Damages are limited to the cost of the product, seminar and coaching. The undersigned waives any claim to consequential damages and is only entitled to any monies paid for the product or services. The purchaser is not entitled to any punitive damages or attorney fees and waives the right to any jury trial.
Real Estate R.A.D.A.R. system, Scura and Realistic believe strongly in the system. They have been successful with the system but cannot guarantee everyone will be successful at real estate investing and cannot provide legal advice for your jurisdiction.
